Service details must be clearly provided by the client

Delivery timelines depend on project size and scope

Once development begins, cancellation may not be possible

3. Payments:

All payments are made in advance via PayPal or other gateways

You agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first

4. User Responsibility:

You are responsible for providing accurate information and project content

You must not misuse our tools, templates, or services

5. Intellectual Property:

All custom-built websites, apps, and source code remain the property of ORIA DIGITAL LIMITED unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for third-party platform rejections or external issues not caused by us.

7. Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and international digital commerce standards.
